2. User Responsibility & Accounts

• Learners: Must be at least 18 years old (or under parent/guardian supervision) to search and contact providers.
• Providers: Must ensure all details in class listings (pricing, schedules, descriptions, credentials) are accurate and kept up-to-date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions that occur under your account.

3. Verification & Safety Disclaimer

Class providers may submit government identification to receive a "Verified" badge. We perform identity matches using these documents; however, we do not conduct physical site inspections, background checks, or references.

⚠️ Attention: Learners and parents are strongly advised to perform their own verification, check tutor references, and meet in safe, public settings for initial training sessions.

4. Direct Communication & Payments

All messaging is initiated directly on WhatsApp. We do not participate in, track, or monitor conversations. Learn Next Door is a commission-free platform. We do not charge learners platform booking fees, and we do not collect course payments from students or take commissions from tutors. All financial arrangements must be handled directly between you and the provider.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading listing descriptions or false pricing.
• Send spam, harassment, or inappropriate messages via WhatsApp links.
• Scrape, replicate, or extract directory listings from our website without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Learn Next Door, its founders, or affiliates be held liable for any disputes, physical injury, property damage, payment disputes, or issues arising from lessons arranged through the directory.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, and any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate regional courts.
